Adonation can be made to any of Sustain Foundation's three keyprograms:Saludamos: The mission of Saludamos is to improve theoverall wellness and awareness of health issues among Latinaparticipants in the Capel Hill- Carrboro area. A donation to Saludamoswill ensure the sustainablity of the health education workshops offeredto participating women.Sakina: Sustain Foundation has paired withSakina, Tanzania to help fund new health initiatives and support youngscholars as they continue to higher education. Money towards Sakina,Tanzania will beused for health days held in the community twice amonth as well as for new resources for our secondary school "SakinaScholars."
Uganda:The Lost Boys of Sudan are more than 27,000 boys who were displaced ororphaned during the Second Sudanese Civil War. A donation will helpSustain Foundation raise funds for the younger sibilings of the LostBoys of Sudan to attend schools in neighboring Uganda so they may berelieved of working in the fields of southern Sudan. These young men andwomen will then help rebuild southern Sudan.Every penny counts in athird world country, and an education is truly the key to a better life.The Lost Boys have a saying, "education is now my mother and father."
